ASTA are looking for an experienced administration person ideally with some history in sales to administrate and manage various aspects of the company, this will include managing of daily admin for training and recruitment.
Duties to include:
- Managing databases
- Managing CRM
- Liaising with students and candidates
- Assisting with sales and marketing
- Managing and responding to enquiries
- General administrative duties
There will also be a need to assist in other areas of the business when needed, again this will be in an administration role.
Ideally the candidate should have:
- Excellent IT skills including MS office
- Excellent data input skills
- Knowledge of using CRM software
- Excellent communication skills (telephone, email responses etc)
- Leading customer service skills
- Passion to learn more about the company and the industry
- An up to date CV with at least two references
A recognised qualification in either administration or recruitment would be ideal, in addition to some form of experience working in an admin role.
